Dear Dhruv, in fact, yes If you travel abroad to receive commercial pilot training, the DGCA of that nation will grant you a pilot's licence and a medical Certificate that are valid there. Typically, a licence that has been issued in one nation is also valid in others. This is due to the fact that all licences are given in accordance with standards established by ICAO, a global organisation in charge of organising air travel. I wish you well.

Hi Shivani. It doesn't matter if you belong to a commerce stream or a Science stream. Firstly you can undergo a pilot training course once you have passed out of 12th. Another option you can go for is appearing for an NDA exam to get directly to the training of an air force pilot. Some training centers allow students from commerce backgrounds. Minimum age limit: 17 years. One needs to provide a complete medical checkup Certificate. The candidate needs to be fit physically as well as mentally.
