No. you are not eligible for any top colleges. To apply in any top colleges for BBA Aviation, the candidates should fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
The candidate should have passed 10+2 examination or equivalent, from a recognised board. They should have scored a minimum aggregate of 50% in 10+2 (45% in case of the reserved category.

Should have passed 10+2 (or equivalent level of examination) from a recognized board with Physics and Mathematics as their core subjects.

Hello Mugeshkumar, yes or student with Science subjects in 12th is eligible to apply for B.Sc. In aircraft maintenance engineering which is what I feel you are asking. Since after this course you would be able to get DGCA certification work on the aircraft and will be in the aviation field. Best wishes to you.
