The pay scale is also good, depending on the country that you prefer.

Being a Pilot is very adventures and costly career. You can start your training after class 12th with 50% mathematics and physics. Contact any flying club and they will help you in all procedure.
For pilot training best pilot institutes are in USA, New Zealand and Canada. For being a pilot with rating and job you need minimum Rs.1 crore.
There is no scholarship in abroad, but yes in India there is but only for OBC. You can take loan from bank to do this training.
