It's encouraging to learn that you want to pursue a career as a pilot. Depending on the institution, the costs to earn a commercial pilot's licence might range from 15L to 60L. I've included a link that will take you to a page with all the necessary details.

There doesn't appear to be a flying school in Bareilly. However, I've included a link to one of India's top flying schools. You will receive all the information you need from this.

If money is an issue, apply for a free ship from the SC/ST/OBC Commission if you are one of those groups, or look into getting an education loan if you are not.
But keep in mind that CPL + Type rating would cost between 40 and 50 lakhs.
Therefore, choices should be carefully considered, especially at this time when the sector is growing slowly.
