Hello ,CPL Training is dependent on the type of aircraft you choose to get trained on. Cessna 152 - Rs.7000-8000 per Hour
Cessna 172 - Rs.9000-11000 per Hour
P-16 - Rs.15000-18000 per Hour etc. And any candidate who gets enrolled for this professional training requires to complete 200 hours of flying, in order to get his/her CPL issued.

Hello,
Higher education is never a barrier to go for any training. For CPL, the basic qualification is 10+2 with PCM combination and I am sure you can be a better pilot being an engineer. All the best.

But remember you will always have to be good at your books and subjects throughout to get selected by any airline to get a job. So, if you keep yourself current and prepared with the technical knowledge you can easily get a job.
All the best.
