The minimum eligibility criteria for Diploma in Airport management and cabin crew is class 12th. Hence, you can not do this course after class 10th.

As a general rule, it is considered that, having tattoos is not a problem as long as they are not visible whilst wearing the uniform, but numerous companies that hire, ask cabin crew candidates during the interview whether they have any tattoos or not.
The Inspire Academy does not have any specific guidelines regarding this. So you are initially eligible for Air Hostess course.

You have not specified about the course name and level for which information is required. However the following are the few Colleges offering the Aviation courses in Rajasthan.
1. Banasthali Vidyapith (B.Sc. Aviation)
2. NIMS University (Management courses in aviation, Air Hostess training)
3. Singhania University (Diploma in Airport ground service& Air Ticketing, Diploma in Aviation, Hospitality, Travel& Tourism Management, Diploma in Air Hostess/ Cabin Crew Training)

No entrance exam is not mandatory for Pilot training. Most of the Institutes admits students for CPL course on the basis of their academic performance and Interview.

You have not mentioned about the Flying Institute name form which information is required. However the two years of Pilot training course fee (CPL) can be varying according to college and this can be between Rs 21-45 lacs.

NDA exam is the gateway for becoming a Pilot in Indian Air Force (IAF). The basic eligibility criteria for NDA is class 12th with PCM (For IAF). Hence Diploma engineers are not eligible for NDA exam. Combined Defence Services CDS is another option but for this, you have to complete your B.Tech first. Further on the basis of your Diploma course, you can not be appointed as Officers or Head Manager in government. Department because these posts need at least graduation (B.Tech) first + UPSC or SSC CGL exam.

In most of the Flying Academies, the Physics and Maths are the mandatory requirements at class 12th level for CPL. However, other courses like Student pilot and PPL can be done on the basis of class 10th.

If you are asking about the Commercial Pilot License (CPL) of government. Flying Training School, Than the course fee for 24 months duration course is about Rs. 20-21 Lacs.

National Defence Academy NDA exam is the best for joining Indian Air Force as a Flying officer. The NDA exam is conducted twice in an year by UPSC and can be attempted after passing/appearing in the 10+2 with PCM. The upper age limit for NDA is 19 years. So you can appear in NDA -2 exam conducted in the month of Sept-2020.
