Hello,
Normally speaking, no academy pays its students after they pass out. This is so since these academies do not have any requirement to employ these trained students as trainees. However, when they are employed by airlines, they may get a stipend or some salary during the training period.
I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about this academy.

Prajwal Bhovate first of all, congratulation you have got 405 AIR in A.M.E. CET national level entrance exam. If you are still looking for the good colleges for A.M.E. In terms of placements and packages then you should go with A.M.E. CET offered colleges because I researched on A.M.E. CET offered colleges and I found all the colleges are approved by The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), and they are offering well-trained faculty, excellent infrastructure, placements, hostel, and other facilities. Good for your career in A.M.E. Thank you.

The eligibility criteria for entry into the course for attainment commercial pilot license is twelve with physics and maths. In view of this even if the academy is conducting an entrance exam you should not be worried. This is so since the syllabus will definitely be of equivalent to twelve examinations. Hello Kushar,
Please do not worry about DGCAC exam. It's way far off. Firstly, you will have to complete your chosen aviation course. The institute from where you do this will make sure that you appear for many mock tests conducted on exactly same lines as that of DGCA exam.
