I think that if you do not have any income source then you should be on the look out of ads by airlines for recruitment of cabin crew. If you get selected then you may get stipend too during training period. Eligibility criteria for getting admission in an AME course us 12th with PCM. Now diploma in engineering has been declared as equivalent to 12th by many states. This makes you eligible for AME.
