You question lacks clarity, there are two ways to interpret your question, either you wish to change course from your current course or your are seeking lateral entry. For the first scenario you would have to get approval from the college, but I doubt weather they will let you skip 1 st year, in the second scenario there's a 50-50 chance, but you would have to contact the college for that.

Anyone who had completed his/her schooling can get admission in college.
But, the criteria of admission always depends on your marks so get good marks to get admission in best colleges.
Best colleges takes an eligibility test to check your eligibility for that particular course.
So, be ready to give that eligibility test too if you wanna get admission in best colleges.
Some colleges have admission criteria of 40% marks with English, some have 50% and some have 60%.
It varies upon colleges.

Yes, you can do pilot training. But you have to change your B.Tech branch and then you can go for pilot training.

The salary & remuneration difference for Ground staff members and cabin crew members is because if their different work domains. The ground staff is generally underpaid as compared to cabin crew members. The reason being, cabin crew members have to be more attentive and job performer than ground staff members. Although it also depends upon which airlines you are cabin crew and on which airport you are a ground staff member. Some airlines paid more, some less. In India, the starting average salary for ground staff's members is around 30,000/-35,000/- whereas for cabin crew, it is 40,000/- to 50,000/-. If you increase your in-flight work
