It doesn't matter, if it has 100% placement or not. Even if the ratio is less, and you are a good student and an eligible candidate your chances are still well secured. So, all you need to do is focus on your skills and do not worry about the placement percentage.

Yes, you are eligible. First of all, you have to apply in DGCA (director general of civil aviation) government of India. Upload your mark sheet and certificate as per requirement of website portal. Then an email you will receive and further steps are mentioned in it. Thank you
