First of all, Please do not bring your exterior appearance in your career path. If you are qualified, smart and confident - no can stop you going ahead in life. It is only for the airline cabin crew jobs (not ground jobs) - certain parameters are set by the airline companies related to weight. Other Job areas in Aviation / Tourism do not have such issues. Now, you can still work on your weight reduction - if you still not very confident.

There is plenty of job scope in India and abroad, aviation industry is rising at a tremendous rate in India on the long term perspective, in the short term it's a bit down but you have decent scope.
