HAE Pune gives only Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license approved by DGCA, Govt. of India to Carryout and certifies the maintenance of Aircraft, Aircraft Engine, and Its Component. The license is issued in accordance with the Rule 61 of Aircraft Rule 1937 under Aircraft Act, 1934 (XXII of 1934) passed by Indian Parliament to ensure the airworthiness of the aircraft before its flying in accordance with the national & international aviation standards.

To become a pilot, you have to join any flying school.

There is no scholarship by far. If you can get education loan of the required amount then you should go for it.
