If that Diploma is equivalent to Class 12th, and you have scored 50% marks aggregate, then you can go ahead for CPL Training.

Yes, you can do it as per my knowledge. Please consider the Any Aviation Academy, they clarify you what you need to do. Select a good aviation academy. Consider two or more aviation academies. Anyways, pilot training needs more money so make economic planning well.

Usually you cannot because you do not have the sufficient qualification to do so. You would have to do a Bachelors degree in aviation related course.
