It is better to complete your class 12th first, ,as the eligibility is 18+, so you can easily go for that even after completing your class 12th.

It is not necessary to join any institution for becoming an air hostess. Everything depends upon self capability, fluent English and a good pleasing personality. However, you can take help from any institution which you think is better.

You have a good percentage. To be a pilot one needs to have a Science background with minimum 60% marks. After that you need to have a CPL license and many more license, which you'll further know through the institution.
