Most of the institutes provide flying hours after CPL training separately. Getting a job as an airline pilot is the hardest thing to do after completing your training. No Institute guarantee the same.

After your graduation from any stream, you can do your MBA,
Most of the MBA collage ask for qualifying marks (%) 55% few are based on direct interview & admission, few of them ask your CAT score. You need to choose as per your spending capacity to chose course and seek admission.
Airport Management is not available in most of the colleges and fee is quite high, so see the practical aspect and discuss with few people about placement chances, who have done the course in past may guide you better.
