Yes, you are very well eligible according to your age. But there are certain other requirements like education and professional trainings. If you posses them, then you can expect a job. For vacancies, you will have to visit the career page of various airlines and see what suits you the best.

If you are enrolled for CPL the basically PPL is not of any use.
SPL shall be issued for you to start and finish your flying as a cadet.
They will train you with ground classes for all such examinations.
SPL is issued by flying school and PPL is issued by DGCA.
Since you will be aiming for CPL than there's no need of wasting money in getting a PPL issued.

Hi, Aircraft maintenance engineering is not a degree or Diploma programme, but it is a training programme. After the successful completion of the training, a license is issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). During the training session, students will be taught about the service and maintenance of aircraft so as to ensure flight safety. Please refer to the link below:

Hello,
It varies, ranging from 2.5 lacs to 5 lacs, from college to colleges, please be specific which college are you opting? It's a good choice as nowadays DGCA is directly recruiting newer graduates for AAI and also private airlines are there.

Initially, one obtains a student pilot license (SPL) from a government sponsored flying club in the country. The minimum eligibility sponsored for the SPL is matriculation examination and age should be above 16 years. An oral examination has to be taken in subjects related to aviation.
