To get admission in Bombay Flying Club for Students Pilot Licence, the candidate must have passed class 10th from a recognized board and the minimum age should be 16 years. Interested candidates can apply directly to the college.

Getting a job as an airline pilot is the hardest thing to do after completing your training. For each airline, there are at least 20 (or more) other pilots that are qualified to get the job. The majority of flight schools offer training only up to 200 hours. After that, you're on your own to build hours, hours that you'll need to present as proof of experience, to an airline that you want a job with. Major airlines like Emirates, Etihad, Delta, and American only hire pilots that have up to 2000 or more flying hours. If you want to be able to land a job with them, you have two options:

Yes, you can, provided you meet the requirements provided by the university. These requirements may vary from university to university. These requirements would generally include certain calculus based physics courses, mathematics courses, etc. You would also need to meet the minimum grade point average (GPA) requirements. Generally, students from science, mathematics and physics background are allowed. You could see the kind of requirements needed in detail on the website of the university which you wish to attend.
