According to me Yes, there is a  minor possibility of securing admission into BAMS with 339marks because you are not so far from that but if the cutoff start from 350 so you don't have chance to get admission.The cutoff for BAMS in government medical colleges generally ranges from around 350 to 400 marks in NEET UG.

As per general guidelines of the university, the College of Ayurved, Bharati Vidyapeeth has a fee refund policy. If a student drops the course after enrollment within a given period in any given session, the fee is refunded after the following deductions have been made. Usually one is allowed to withdraw up to 80-90% of the fees in the first weeks of withdrawal. It would be difficult for someone to secure an admission seat at Shri Narayan Prasad Awasthi Government Ayurved College for BAMS with a NEET score of 43.51%ile, OBC rank of 581,435, and an All India rank of 1,311,042. Because cut-off ranks are generally much lower for government colleges, they are for BAMS programs, which tend to be much sought after.However, the chances were much better if you belonged to a particular state or category having some reservation.
