For admission to Ayurveda courses at various Indian colleges, candidates must meet eligibility requirements, which vary from college to college. Candidates must have completed either Class 10 with Sanskrit and a Pre-Ayurvedic Certificate Course or Class 12 with a Science stream to be eligible for Ayurveda. Candidates for UG programmes must have a minimum GPA of 50% in Class 12 with Biology as a core subject. Candidates for PG courses must hold a bachelor's degree in ayurveda or a related field. Candidates for Diploma programmes must hold a bachelor's degree in ayurveda or a related field.

The eligibility criteria for admission to Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery at School of Ayurveda, D.Y. Patil University are  D.Y. Patil College of Ayurved and Research Centre BAMS - Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery course, applicants must meet the entry requirements - 50% in 12th. Check other B.A.M.S. courses at Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Ayurved and Research Centre.passed Class 12 in the Science stream with PCB (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) subjects and 50% to 60%. Candidates must have also passed NEET to get BAMS admission.

Hello student, the official web page of the School of Ayurveda, D.Y. Patil University only mentions undergraduate (BAMS), postgraduate (MD and MS) and PhD courses there. There is no mention of UG Diploma courses on the official website of the college. Students are hereby advised to contact the college admission cell for details on this subject of whether the course is available or not.

The eligibility criteria for the PG Diploma in Yoga and Ayurveda at the University of Patanjali is as follows:The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks.The candidate must have a good understanding of the basic principles of yoga and Ayurveda.The candidate must be physically and mentally fit to pursue the course.The university also considers the candidate's performance in the entrance exam and personal interviews
