Pondicherry University offers admission to Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at the UG level through AYSH scores followed by the counselling. As per cutoff 2023, the Round 1 closing rank for BAMS stood at 60315 for General category All India students, 70478 for OBC category, 185228 for SC category and 91776 for EWS category. Candidates seeking admission to the mentioned must have a valid score AYUSH. Hence, in order to be eligible for further rounds, candidates must score the minimum marks as mentioned above.

The MP AYUSH counselling seat matrix are the number of seats offered across the participating institutes for each course such as BHMS, BAMS, BUMS, and BNYS. The seat matrix is released by the counselling conducting body, Department of AYUSH, Govt. of MP, before the commencement of the counselling process. The seat matrix will be released for each round of counselling and will be published on the official website, ayush.mponline.gov.in.  Candidates participating in the counselling will be able to exercise choice after considering the entire gamut of the seats available in the seat matrix.

The application fee for MP AYUSH counselling 2023 is INR 500/-. This counselling fee is non-refundable, non-transferrable, and non-negotiable. The registration will only have deemed to be complete if the registration process is successful, candidates will be provided with a registration number and password which will be utilised for the choice filling.

As per the eligibility guidelines issued by the counselling conducting body, a candidate must be minimum 17 years of age and not more than 25 years as on December 31 of the year of his/her admission. There is a relaxation of 05 years in the upper age limit for SC, ST, ST-STA, OBC, MBC and PH candidates.
