Yes, you are eligible for B.A (Hons) economics in almost all the top universities like DU, BHU, Allahabad University and most of Universities I'm aware of.  I don't know of a single university that refrains PCMB  students from taking Economics Hons.

All the students who have passed Class 12 (Higher Secondary Examination) or equivalent are eligible for admission. The qualifying examination should have been passed by a recognised board. Students from all streams are eligible for admission to BA at ICRI - Jagannath University, Delhi. The aspirant should have the pass certificate (original/copies) with him/her at the time of the interview round along with other important documents.

Candidates need to complete Class 12 in any stream to apply for Jayoti Vidyapeeth Women’s University BA or BA (Hons) courses. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission. The selection for BA course is merit-based for some courses whereas JNEE is required for some of the specialisation.

The minimum required percentage to get admission in ICRI Mumbai BA programme is 50% in class 12th. ICRI (Institution of Clinical Research India), Mumbai is in Maharashtra, India. Institution of Clinical Research India (ICRI)  Mumbai provides BA in Psychology that lasts for three years. Admission merit based, where entracne exam, GD, and PI are included in the selection round.

Yes, you will be eligible to avail admission to BA B.Ed if you have completed your 10th from the UP board and 12th from the Ajmer board. Usually, the eligibility criteria involves a minimum aggregade from recognised board. Thus, a change in your board won't pose a threat to your admission.
