I think before exams of the first year, you can change but if you enroll for the exam, you can't change your course.

You would need a pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelors Degree in any discipline with Psychology as one of the subject. Did you have Psychology in BA in any form? You can browse the website of colleges to check the academic eligibility for your course and also the best alternative. Check for some enterprising colleges like Miranda, Sri Ram College, LPU which would also give you best research facilities along with scholarships.
