BA (Hons) in English will be a better option for you as it has a better scope.

You are eligible to appear for MBA entrance examination, provided you clear your BCA with more than 50% marks. If you do MBA in IT, you will be able to utilize your skills and knowledge gained during BCA.

If you want to be a BA in English Graduate, thEn you should opt for Hindu college (DU North Campus) and for Mass Communication, I will suggest you to opt GGSIP University rather than DU.

First of all, Mumbai University does not offer BA honors in English. As far as national reputation concern, u fortunately there isn't any colleges in Mumbai except St Xavier's. You may look other as follows:
1. Mithibai College, it has a department of English
2. Ruia College
3. St Andrew's College
4. Wilson College

Yes, you can pursue MBA after completing UG in any stream.

You can go for certification programmes wherein you require only 10+2 marks.
