The answer depends on individual's interest and other factors like, your field of graduation and your career prospects. As you have prior experience of history and social sciences, I think you should try for MBA-HR in TISS as it is known for HR.

Any candidate with more than 50% marks in graduation degree is eligible to get admission in MBA. You are eligible for MBA, provided you score minimum eligibility marks in BA History.
