B.A in Aligarh

The entrance test for B.A. at Aligarh Muslim University evaluates candidates on English Proficiency (grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension), Current Affairs/General Knowledge, and Reasoning and Aptitude. The exam has 100 questions: 40 from English, 40 from General Knowledge, and 20 from Reasoning. It assesses analytical, linguistic, and general awareness skills, focusing on recent events and logical problem-solving.  

Aligarh Muslim University BA admission is a multi-step process. It starts with online application. For this, candidates can visit the university's admission portal on its official website. BA admission at the university is completely entrance-based. Hence, the next step is to appear for an entrance exam. Depending upon the BA specialisation chosen by a candidate, the admission is provided based on candidates' marks in either AMU Entrance Exam or CUET-UG. Based on the entrance exam scores, AMU will release a merit list of selected students. As a final step, selected students need to pay the admission fee to confirm their seats.
