Hello,
There is no difference between both the courses. It's just only the nomenclature of course. Few universities and campus give BA (JMC) degree and few one give BJMC and GJUS&T, Hisar provides B.Sc degree in journalism and mass communication.

If your aim is to work directly within journalism, it is vital that you build up a portfolio of work and gain as much relevant experience as possible. Working on a student newspaper, magazine or radio station will be helpful. You could also start your own blog to develop your writing style and interview techniques. Take advantage of any work placements on your course to gain experience and make contacts within the industry. To get on a relevant degree, you'll need five GCSEs A-C, including Maths, English and Science and three A levels. There are no specific subjects required but relevant ones include: English literature, English language, media, psychology, sociology, communication studies and law.
