Hi Vikram!
There are many government universities that offer MA in mass communications. But those offering bachelors courses are very limited. Personally, I would recommend Delhi University and Jamia Milia Islamia University.

The best campus is Amity Noida. Amity School of Communication at Noida Campus has a state of the art Radio Station, Studio. Scope of BJMC is limited in terms of jobs. But, Amity students have been successfully placed after BJMC the number is quite less though.

Amity University is good for B.A. Journalism
You should go for it because the school of journalism is really active and gives you good exposure
Its one of the biggest departments of Amity Noida
And the placements are good. Infrastructure is good, faculty members are very supportive and hard working.

Maharaja Agrasen college is best choice to pursue journalism because this college has the best faculty and administration staff is very cooperative and helpful in nature.
So I suggest you to go with Maharaja Agrasen College.

You need to know that for admission in any course, be that BA in journalism, almost every college asks for at least 50% aggregate in class 12th. With 46.6%, it will be difficult to get admission in many colleges, but still you can try to get into some private college.
