Candidates who have passed Class 12 or equivalent with a minimum of 50% aggregate are eligible to apply. The qualifying exam should have been passed by a recognised board. Moreover, as per the age limit, applicants' age should not be more than 22 years as of July 1 in the year of admission.

Besides, candidates must also Class 12 with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for SC/ ST and 42% aggregate for OBC) for BA LLB admission. The university releases a merit list based on HSc and GU-CLAT scores of the aspirants with 50% weightage to each of them.

Candidates who wish to opt for the BA LLB (Hons) offered at KIIT School of Law are required to meet the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the institute. The applicants need to have qualified with an aggregate of at least 45% marks in Class 12 from a recognised board.
