Candidates need to pass Class 12 or equivalent exam with at least 45% aggregate to apply for DSNLU BA LLB (Hons) course. Aspirants belonging to SC and ST categories need to secure a minimum of 40% in Class 12 to apply for the course. Candidates must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission. Aspirants also need to have a valid CLAT score for admission.

There are a total of 240 seats for the BA LLB (Hons) programme. Candidates are admitted as per the sanctioned seat intake. UPES shall reserve the right to revise the seat count. The university fill seats up to 20% through the Board Merit/CLAT AIR/UL-SAT India Category. If seats are left vacant, then those can be filled through ULSAT. It must be noted that the mentioned seat intake is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is still subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

The curriculum of the UPES School of Law BA LLB (H) course include core and elective subjects. It is a five-year course divided into 10 semesters. Each of the course semester has a list of subjects in it. In the first three years, the syllabus is for BA and in the next two years is of LLB course. Some of the subjects included in the course curriculum are:Poverty and Indian AgricultureEconomics of Public PolicyIndian EconomyIntroduction to Public EconomicsEconomics of CrimeEnergy Economics, etc.

For admission to BA LLB (Hons) course, aspirants must first check the minimum eligibility requirements. The eligible candidates can apply for ULSAT exam conducted by the university. Aspirants can apply for admission with a valid score of CLAT/LSAT as well, however, the score must meet the university requirements. Further, candidates with 75% aggregate in Class 10 and Class 12 are also exempted from ULSAT. The school further may release a merit list or inform selected candidates through any other means. Selected candidates can further pay the admission fee amount to confirm their seat.

Aspirants must enter all the details corrently in the application. The applications are out for the accepted exams as well. Candidates can visit the accepted exams official website to apply.

Yes, the UPES School of Law offers a five-year BA LLB (Hons) programme. The integrated course is available in a full-time mode. Aspirants can get admitted either based on merit or through an entrance examination score. The university law school accept ULSAT scores. Candidates with good scores in LSAT/CLAT scores criteria. Candidates with 75% aggregate or above in Class 10 and Class 12 in five main subjects (English as compulsory subject) are exempted from ULSAT.

The total course fee is cumulative of several components. These are one-time payable or are charged annually/semesterly. UPES School of Law BA LLB (H) tuition fee is INR 21.19 lakh. The hostel charges are INR 8.80 lakh and the one-time fee is INR 22,500. It must be noted that the mentioned fee is as per the official website/sanctioning body. It is subject to changes and hence, is indicative.

LSAT India 2025 registration will soon begin for two sessions of the test in January 2025 and May 2025 on the official LSAT India website at lsatindia.in. The tentative dates are proposed for the two test sessions of LSAT India 2025. The dates of the exams are confirmed only when the LSAT India 2025 notification is displayed on the official website. The registration form will be released for interested candidates to apply through the official website. However, according to the trend during the past years date of the exam, it is still subject to change.
