Yes, a score of 450 or above in NEET is usually enough to get admission in an individual university for the BAMS route in Maharashtra. NEET is a nationwide degree-entrance examination for undergraduate Science courses, including BAMS. Some medical colleges admit a limited number of applicants, who have around 200 marks in NEET. But usually the official faculty members of NEET UG require at least 500 objectives. With an AIR of 410759 and 382 marks in NEET 2024, the chances of getting a BAMS seat in Maharashtra are very low. You do qualify for the minimum qualifying marks for OBC candidates, which is about 129 marks, but actual cutoffs for BAMS are usually much higher because of the competition. Total number of seats for BAMS in Maharashtra is above 1840; therefore, cutoffs of colleges should be checked at the counseling stage. One must remain updated about trends and must participate actively in Maharashtra Ayush NEET UG Counseling to capitalize on any opportunities for admission.

No, sorry you don't have any chance of getting a seat in medical college. You have scored too low for a seat in medical college. Even if you try for management or recommendation seats you will not be allotted for seat. If you don't care about low rated colleges, then give a try in low rated private colleges. But, don't keep any hopes
If you don't get a seat, try hard for next time and see that you will not face the problem again.
