MBA is good for industrial job point of view but MD is beneficial if you opt for your practice or hospital jobs.

Day by day, the scope of Ayurveda is overlapping to the other medical system not only in India but also in the world. In many cases, the people have taken the experience for the trustfulness of the Ayurvedic system and medicines treating for the chronic and non-healable disease.
In many cases, when the allopathic system becomes a failure with a particular disease and surrenders, the Ayurvedic medicine does the magical effect to rejuvenate the illness or the patient.

If you want to practice as Ayurvedacharyas or Acharyas or Doctor after Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery then doing MD is a good option. In case you feel that you can not be a good doctors and do not want to practice in the field of Ayurveda then MBA is a good career switch option. You will be suitable for MBA Healthcare based on your educational qualification.

There's no cause for management in hospitals. Hospitals are hiring candidates which are purely related with management and their second priority is MBBS + MBA and not BHMS.

It is good but I may suggest that take admission for MBBS as you have qualified NEET for private colleges or take admission in BVSc (Bachelor in veterinary science). It has better scope than BAMS.
