Your All-India rank is estimated to be more than 2 lacs based on the details you have given. In Uttar Pradesh, the cutoff for the BHMS course was under 1.57 lakh rank in 2021 in most of the government colleges, like the State Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Ghazipur.
You may have few chances with state quota to get a government seat in select colleges like the State Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, Gorakhpur, where the SC category closing rank was around 2.47 lacs.

You have a very low chance of getting a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A. M. S. ). with a 144 score unless you have some category-wise home state quota. The NEET UG cutoff for BAMS and other courses depends on many factors like home state, category, and subcategory. It also differs for government quota, management quota, and if applicable, NRI quota. Your score is a bit low to get admission into government colleges for BAMS; however, you may try for some private colleges if they have seats available. In addition, if a seat in any college remains vacant, you may be admitted to that seat.

However, admission will also depend on the number of seats available and the candidates applying in the same category. In

Hello Mayur, hope you are doing well. No, you can't get admission in B.A. MS in Karnataka with 115 NEET score even if you belong under OBC category as colleges have certain criteria in which they require at least 350+ score for a student to pursue admission in good government colleges, yes you can try for a private college, but it will be a little bit costlier. Hope this helps you.

Hope you are doing well, Getting admission in B.A. MS with 134 score is difficult in government college. You can try for a private college but it will take more amount to get a admission as compared to government college. Try to get a good college otherwise you can think of different course as well.
