Hello dear student, it's been just a year when NEET started taking students for BHMS and B.A. MS too. So it's difficult to predict marks right now. But looking at last year's cutoff list for B.A. MS you need to have Atleast 350+ marks as you fall under category. So with this much marks it's not possible to get a seat. But don't loose hopes there is possibility that you may get seat. I hope this was helpful.

Yes sure, 2 years ago my sister had 290 marks and one of her classmate had 227 marks, now they both are in same college for B.A. MS But keep in mind while counselling apply through AYUSH it will make a huge difference im 90 % sure and if u apply through AYUSH u will get a college in top 20 B.A. MS colleges in india. The reason im saying this is beacuse lot of people don't know about AYUSH counselling so people don't apply through it, find some information about AYUSH counselling. U have to apply through both mcc and AYUSH but through AYUSH u will definitely get better college.
