B.A. M. S. and BHMS are under NEET from 2017. So, you have to score a minimum of 360-400 marks then only you will get a good college for these courses.

For every Ayurvedic student, the best MD course would be different as per their liking of the specific field. Students usually prefer clinical subjects because you can practice in Ayurvedic hospitals as an edge over non-clinical subjects. But if you really do like a specific non-clinical subject and are willing to work hard for that you can become very successful in that field too. One can pursue MD in the following subjects:
Non-Clinical Subjects
Ayurveda Sinddhant and Darshana (Maulik Siddhanta) (Basic Principles of Ayurveda and Meta-Physics)
Rachana Sharir (Human Anatomy)
Kriya Sharir (Human Physiology)
Ayurveda Samhita (Charak Samhita,

Veternary is better than B.A.M.S. Opportunities are more in that. But it depends on your interest in the field too.

Chances are bit slim, as of now even for your state quota. Try to check with some joint or privately run colleges.

BDS is a good option. There are even different field, if you like to explore like B.Sc Agriculture, it is even a good career option. One more interesting field is genetic engineering.
