With 53 marks in NEET 2024, it is impossible for you to get a government or a private seat for any course. As per your score, you are not able pass in the NEET exam. The passing marks for general category students is 137, while SC/ST/OBC candidates need a passing marks of 136 to 107. So you are adviced to appear for the NEET exam next year and try to get a good score in order to get a government or a private seat for BAMS. With this score, you will not be able to take admission.

With 325 marks in NEET under the General category securing a seat for BAMS Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery in North East India through the all India quota may be challenging, but not impossible. The cutoff marks for BAMS vary each year and depend on several factors including the number of applicants seat availability, and difficulty of the exam. For 332 marks in NEET UG, you cannot get seat in any of the colleges in Telangana for BAMS ( Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery ) course. Actually, there are only two colleges in Telangana that offers BAMS. They are Anantha Laxmi Government Ayurvedic College, Warangal and Dr. BRKR Government Ayurvedic College, Hyderabad. For both these colleges, cut off is around 70,000 rank. But for your marks, predicted rank is around 4 lakhs.
