Simply join the courses that lets you handle the patient in emergency conditions.As I know little bit about it notso much.But I know some BAMS doctor who do it well.So I suggest.That join the DEMS ( Diploma in emergency medical services) after you have done BAMS well.Hope it will solve your problem.

It cannot be said for sure that you will be able to get a seat in government BAMS or BHMS college with 242 marks and an SC category. The cut-offs for government colleges vary from year to year and also depend on the number of seats available and how many students apply for them. In 2022, the cut-off for SC category students for BAMS was around 400 marks in NEET.

The total tuition fee for the BAMS course offered by Glocal School of Ayurvedic Medical Sciences is INR 15 lakh. The duration of the programme is 4.5 years including a one-year internship programme. The qualification needed for the BAMS programme is a pass in an intermediate programme with Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Sanskrit. The candidate must pass Class 12 from a recognised board. The minimum age limit is 17 years.

RK University - RKU will release 4-5 rounds of NEET cutoffs for admission to medical courses. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:The NEET score of the candidateThe category of the candidateThe number of seats available in the courseCandidates must visit the official website of entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released.

The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for BAMS - Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery at RK University - RKU other than General category are - 178898 for OBC, 178898 for SC, 178898 for ST, 178898 for EWS, 178898 for PWD. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in NEET exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 178898 and closing rank was 178898 in 2022. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. Admission to BAMS - Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery in RK University - RKU is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam NEET. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.
