There is no guarantee for a job, no matter the course you do. However, B.A. in music is a good stream and if you do it from a prestigious college, then you will have no problem finding employment. I don't know your location but Bhatkhande Academy is a good institute for Cultural Arts.

The BA degree in music exposes students not only to practical sessions but also to classroom sessions as well. By this study, students become very well aware on the theoretical and historical aspects of music. After the completion of education, it is not possible for everyone to get a job directly linked to music such as:
Performers
Educators
Songwriters
Conductors
Arrangers
Composers
Actors, etc.

For admission in BA music, you need to have passed Secondary School Leaving Certificate with Diploma in performing arts and score 40% marks in class 12th. Admission is based on the marks scored in entrance examination conducted by the university.
