Yes, you surely can, but please note that a certain cut-off is required for getting admission here and if you have that then you surely can get admitted here. As of now, admissions are over as far as I know but do check the official website for more details regarding the dates.

JMI Distance Education only has MA in psychology to offer. It offers general BA through distance.

Regarding correspondence education. There are many universities like:
However, IGNOU has the toughest evaluation process so, one would have to work hard as IGNOU doesn't provide the best quality teaching. Overall, the result would greatly depend if you can do self-study. However since all these facts lead us to work hard by ourselves and, I believe IGNOU is a better institution ( than SOL DU, as you might not get much support from DU ).

Yes, you can do MBA after B.A Political Science. And MBA as usual hold a good market value. There is quite a demand of MBA students. And, MBA with political science is a good combination. So, you can go on for doing MBA.
