Through both the programmes, you can prepare for civil services exam but as a professional degree, I would prefer Economics (Honors) Programme because if you not able to crack the exam. Then, you can start your job or further education for growth, knowledge and opportunities.

After completing your majors in arts, there are many options which you can pursue.
