Whether you can change your course from B.A. Programming to B.A. Psychology Honours will depend on the rules and regulations of your institution. You will need to check with your college or university's admission office to find out if it is possible to make the change at this point in time. Hello Shweta,
These two subjects are as divers as chalk from cheese. Political Science graduation could be your stepping stone for your career but programming too is very interesting subject involving logical reasoning etc. What is important is what is your liking. Which of the two subjects fascinates you? My advise would be follow your heart.
