It's very nice to see your enthusiasm for the field of research. Firstly you need to think and decide which area of psychology fascinates you. Then seek admission for PG in that or related area. Afterwards select a guide and with help from guide select research topic. Well you will be on the path of research. Then you can take up teaching career and be guide to other research scholar along with your own post-doctoral research.

It is indeed nice to know that your dream is to work abroad. These days unfortunately almost every country barring few are not allowing people to come in areas where there is enough talent in that country. Hence, I would advise you to approach a placement agency dealing with sending people abroad to know nuances and get job done.

Minimum 45% would be aggregate of one language and three best elective subjects.
Environmental Education (ISC), Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Painting, Dance, Music, Physical Education, Home Science, Engineering Drawing and all other vocational subjects are not considered as elective subjects.
Total seats are 45 for this course and for general only 20 seats. So, it seems difficult to grab the seat.
Cut off are still to be announced, I think on 9th july 2018 first cut off will be released last year cut off for general category closed with 90% marks.
So, I think you should not be rely on this course it's very difficult to get.
