Hey Ankit to be an IAS officer you must appear for upsc cse . This only require graduation in any discipline. So you are eligible after BA only but if you want to study more then it is better to pursue MA in your optional subject.

You can also look for government jobs in Hindi literature. The scope has increased with the advent of private TV and Radio channels. If you pursue B.A. M.A. With Hindi followed by qualifying National Eligibility Test and completion of Ph.D. you can apply for professor post in college and universities.
