Hello Khushi,
For any teaching job, you need more than just a BA in any subject. For school teaching, you will need a Bachelors degree in education whereas for college teaching, you will need a Masters degree in arts. Regarding the question, which subjects would help in getting government teaching jobs, I would say a subject which you love to study, you will also enjoy teaching the same. So find which subject you would love to study.
