1. Like any other course, BA (Pass) also gives you an option to try to luck in government examinations. From CDS to SSC CGL you are eligible for each exam if you fulfill the eligibility criteria that requires you to bring a particular percentage.
2. BA (Pass) graduate can also go for Bank PO positions in a bank. All you have to do is appear for the examination and crack it down.
3. If your communication in English and Hindi is good then BPOs are the best

Anyone having a genuine interest in pursuing MBA can go for it, irrespective of his/her graduation background. Every year, people from various streams like B.Sc, B.Com BA etc. Pursue MBA from the various B-schools across India. MBA, only if done from a reputed college is a good option, else it's a big risk.

Scope of MBA after BA is unlimited. Most students opt for MBA after BA, because it is sought-after. Anyone from any field or degree can do MBA provided he is clear of his goal. Specialization in any field of MBA depends upon your subjects in BA. For example, a person doing BA with majors in English Literature can do MBA (with specialization in Marketing) to further go in the field of Advertising. If you passed out from the school from Commerce field, it would work like a cherry on the cake because you would already know so much about management. So start preparing for reputed MBA exams like CAT from the 2nd year of Gradua

Yes, you can do journalism after English and I must say it will be a marvellous choice if you have good communication skills. You need to get a good college and match the eligibility. Delhi University offers good journalism courses.
