Yogesh, no matter what is your graduation background. You are eligible for M.Sc as well as for MBA. If you are looking for MBA, then you must have to appear for MBA entrance exam like CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, any one of them.

After BA, you can choose following courses:
Management careers- Marketing, Human Resources, hospitality, event management, public relations, corporate communications, and instructional design.
Media careers: - Advertising, Journalism and Film Making, Academic careers like Research and particularly Training.
Further, Academic courses after BA English can be pursued:
You can do an MA
Or
An MBA
Or
Take up some of the Professional courses.
One of the great employment options is journalism or reporting.
If you love to write, then you could be an author, spending time on writing books on all kinds of topics.

After completing your graduation with BA History, you can go for civil services exams conducted by UPSC. Other than this, you can go for PhD to pursue lecturership which is also a very decent and well-paying job. For this, you can do Masters in History and after that, you can go for UGC NET exam. UGC NET is an exam for those who are willing to pursue their career as a lecturer or willing to go for research in their respective fields.
