As you do not want to have further studies in Humanities you are advised to evaluate changing your stream by doing MBA. MBA will not only provide you with opportunities in multiple choices but help your get better and higher salary job. There are post graduate courses available in culinary arts comes under hotel management.
The prospect is great. Do it from a good college which provides internship and job placements.

After completing BA, you can go for various All-India level exam conducted by SSC and UPSC as well as state public service commissions.
You can take the NET exam and indulge in the teaching career.
Also, you can pursue PG or Ph.D.

You are advised to appear for Combined Defence Services (CDS) Examination conducted by UPSC to join as an Officer after BA honors economics. You will not be eligible for training at IMA as a women candidate. You will be trained at OTA-Chennai. If you have NCC C certificate, you can directly appear for service selection board by processing application via Directorate of NCC under the Ministry of Defense.
