The scholarships are provided on a merit and needs basis.Rai University has come up with the 'Earn While Learn Scheme' to help needy students financially. Under this scheme, the university provides accommodation, food, and books to underprivileged students free of cost. Yes, you can apply for BA Sociology course after completing Class 12 in Science stream. BA Sociology like most Humanities courses is open to students from all streams. So, your stream in Class 12 does not matter. Though, most students who apply for BA Sociology are from Arts background. It is not necessary that you should have studied Sociology in school. But if you want to explore, you can go through NCERT books of Sociology for Classes 11 and 12
