No entrance examination is available to admit students into BA streams offered by KLE Society's Nijalingappa College. Admission into the BA programme is merit-based. Candidates must meet the course-specific eligibility requirements, which include having passed the Class 12 or II PUC Examination or equivalent from any recognised Examining Body/Council/Board. Students will have to pay the prescribed fees, which will include components as tuition, hostel, meal plans, and more.

Admission to the BA in Hospitality and Travel course is based on both merit basis and entrance exams. While most colleges offer admission on a merit basis, some entrance exams conducted are IIHM eCHAT, CUET, LPU NEST, NCHMCT JEE, etc.
