Yes, there is a registration fee for BA at GITAM Vizag. At the time of admission, candidates have to pay a registration fee of INR 1,200. This registration fee is different from the registration fee candidates have to pay at the time of CUET registration.The registration fee is non-refundable and is a one-time fee taken at the time of admission. The first step for admission into GITAM Vishakhapatnam BA is to apply for CUET-UG exam as admission into the programme takes place through this exam. Only after getting a valid CUET score can a candidate apply for admission into BA at GITAM Vizag.CUET-UG admissions will start from the last week of February and go on till April 2025. Candidates applying for the CUET-UG exam should note that the application fees for CUET and BA admissons are different.

Yes, CUET exams are necessary if candidates want to take admission in the GITAM Vishakhapatnam BA programme as the selection is based only on the basis of CUET exam score. The university does not consider or conduct any other exam for BA admission in the university. Also, candidates have to make sure they get a minimum of 60% aggregate score in their Class 12 exams to be eligible for admission.

According to the latest update provided by NTA, CUET exam will take place between May-June 2025. Once the exams are over, the results will be announced in July 2025. The admissions process for the BA programme at GITAM Vishakhapatnam will start once the results of the admission are out. Candidates appearing for admission at the university should note that the application fees for CUET and BA admissons are different.
