There's no need to download the application form because your son can fill out the application form online on the website of a particular university when they start the admission process.  Also, you can apply directly in private universities with few required documents like the copy of the 12th marksheet and transfer certificate etc.

Admissions for Bachelor of Arts degree at St. Andrews College of Arts, Science and Commerce [Mumbai] for the academic session 2024-25 are going on. Students are enrolled in the institution based on the rules and regulations of the government and the University of Mumbai. Goa University BA admission is entirely merit-based for the year 2024 and candidates seeking admission to the BA at Goa University must qualify the Class 12 or equivalent examination with the respective subjects from a recognised Board.
